What products do you manufacture?
We are a custom factory accepting orders based on customer drawings without standard off-the-shelf products. We specialize in mechanical spare parts, including shaft parts, couplings, bearing housings, flanges, non-standard screws, wall panels, connection plates and other related components.

Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we provide customized production according to your technical drawings or samples, and we support both OEM and ODM cooperation modes.
How can I get a quotation?
Please send detailed information including product drawings, dimensions, material requirements and order quantity to our email address, and leave your own email contact. We will prepare and send the official quotation to your mailbox as soon as possible.
Can you offer EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP trade terms?
We only accept EXW and FOB terms.

Can I get a sample first? How long is the sample lead time?
Yes, sample service is available. Normally it takes 5 to 7 working days for sampling, while the lead time for complex customized parts depends on specific technical requirements.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
The production cycle for mass orders ranges from 15 to 30 days. The schedule may be adjusted during peak seasons or when special materials are required, subject to actual order details.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support air freight, sea freight and international courier delivery under FOB trade terms.
Where is your factory located? Is factory visit available?
Our factory is located in Shantou, Guangdong Province, China. You are warmly welcome to arrange a factory visit by appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), PayPal, Alibaba International Trade Assurance and other mainstream payment methods.
Can you issue official invoices?
Sure. We can provide proforma invoices and commercial invoices for customs clearance and payment procedures.
Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We attach great importance to protecting customers' intellectual property rights and keeping all design drawings strictly confidential, so we are willing to sign an NDA prior to cooperation.
Do you provide after-sales service?
We offer formal product warranty service. For any confirmed quality defects, we support product return, exchange or re-delivery.
